Permanant Front Load (Flip Top)

We offer permanent front load, flip top dumpsters. The 2yd, 4yd, 6yd and 8yd are available and 10yd can be ordered. These dumpsters are perfect, long term rentals for businesses and apartments as well as home use. Both residential and commercial sites are serviced. All sizes can be serviced multiple times per week, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. Please call for exact pricing and size for your application. We do not have any hidden fees such as fuel surcharges or administration fees.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Please allow for plenty of room around and above the dumpster. Shady Pine Disposal is not responsible for damages under or around the dumpster. The dumpsters and equipment to haul them are heavy.

Residential Open Top;
We will place a dumpster on a flat solid surface at your home for you to fill and we will remove it when you're done. The rental cost includes (7)seven days of rental and specific weight included for each dumpster. Additional charges will be added for extra days, extra tonnage or prohibited materials found in the dumpster. We accept cash, check or major credit cards. A credit card number will be required for all rentals in case of extra days, extra tonnage charges or restricted materials fees. Payment will be due before or upon arrival of the dumpster at the specified location.

Commercial Open Top;
We will place a dumpster on a flat solid surface at your job site for you to fill and we will remove it when you're done. The rental cost includes two weeks of rental and specific weight limit for each dumpster. Additional charges will be added for extra days, extra tonnage or prohibited materials found in the dumpster. We accept cash, check or major credit cards. A credit card number will be required for all rentals in case of extra days, extra tonnage charges or restricted materials fees. Payment will be due before or upon arrival of the dumpster at the specified location. Multiple dumpsters for a single job or in a single day can be arranged on a case by case basis. Please discuss the placement of the dumpster with your customer and have the designated location clearly marked prior to the arrival of the dumpster.

***Prohibited items include, and are not limited to, liquids, solvents, chemicals, Freon, batteries, paint cans (unless dry), biohazards, medical waste, asbestos, lead painted materials, dirt, equipment containing gas or oil. Restrictions and fees may apply to appliances, propane tanks, large sofas, refrigerators, freezers, box springs, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, televisions, monitors and computers.
